- All fees subject to GST
- A $25 annual Gymnastics BC/Cartwheels Inc. membership fee is required. Membership fee is non-refundable.
- Family Membership Rate: $25 1st child. $20 for the second $15 for the third and each additional child's fee.
- Receive a 10% discount off 2nd child's (lower) class fee and each additional child's fee.
- Payment can be made by cash, cheque, Mastercard, Visa, American Express or debit. Cheques made payable to Cartwheels Inc.
- There will be a $25 service charge for NSF cheques.
- Classes will run pending registration. If cancellation is necessary, you will be notified by Cartwheels Inc. and program fees will be fully refunded.
- Participants in any program are expected to be emotionally and socially capable of conducting themselves appropriately with their peers and leaders and to actively participate in all the activities of the program.
- Participants who do not demonstrate these abilities, may be required to withdraw from the program.
- If a member cancels before the first day of classes 80% of the class fee will be refunded.
- If a member cancels after the first day of classes 80% of the pro-rated balance will be credited.
- No refunds or credits will be issued after the 3rd class, except for medical reasons in which case a doctor's note must be provided.
- A $10 transfer fee will be charged from one class to another.
