Recreational Cheerleading

Cartwheels is home to the competitive cheer program, the ADRENALINE ALL STARS (please see below, or visit the All-Stars Cheer website for more info), and we are now pleased to offer these two brand new cheer programs at the recreational level!

NEW! Cheer Bears Ages 3 1/2 - 6 years
This program is especially designed for girls in pre-school or kindergarten who want to learn cheerleading skills. In your cheer class you will learn: cheer motions, stunts, jumps, dance and tumbling. You'll also learn a cheer routine and use pom poms too!

NEW! Cheer Girls Ages 6 & up
This program is for school aged girls wanting to get involved with one of the fastest growing female sports in North America! All Star Cheerleading is a whole new sport that started gaining momentum in the US in the 90's and is now taking Canada by storm! In your cheer class you will learn: cheer motions, stunts, jumps, dance, tumbling and a cheer routine. This class is a great way to keep fit and have fun as well as being a great training ground for our competitive cheer program the ADRENALINE ALL STARS.
